Is Marzipan a Good Thing to Use in Cakes?

As a kid I hated Marzipan. But now as I've got older, I love it. You can crumble cheese and stir in some of these extracts to make your own novelty cheese. There's definitely a market space for it during the December month. It would be very, very novel, wouldn't it? Yeah. The only extreme novelty end of things.
