Anger Is Not the Right Word

I'm angry that it something happened like this but I also am aware of the fact that you know basically it doesn't help maybe it helps you know get you off your ass. There is using anger there's and righteous is not the right word to because we all have that and it comes from the wrong place right. In Buddhist principles it would be right anger they don't have such a thing he says.
