How to Be the Light of the World

The challenge we have at Bethel is what you have in your own life too. As leaders you guys are doing good works you don't even know about like the left hand actually doesn't even know what the right hand is doing. The only way that people actually change is when they're loved. Love must be personal to be powerful. If you want your organization to experience love they must experience people. Our corporation cannot love people. Only our people can love people. When organizations feed the poor without funding systemic poverty, generosity won't change people. That's part of problem with our care for the poor - it doesn't flow out of love.
