Is Hard to Work the Answer?

Michael Dell: I think one of the most important things you can do as a parent is lead not by what you say, but by example. So my kids looked at me work and they see, you know, and they still do the sense how hard I work. Same thing when it comes to employees when I have to lead by example. And then it's going to be a lot more. My action is much more louder than my words.
