You need to come prepared in those meetings to share and listen. You might think you're going into share and it becomes one of the meetings that you're listening or vice versa. So after key player, then who else do you think they're right? Then there'll be people with low power, but high interest in your project or idea. And these are the lovely stakeholders that you keep engaged along the way.
