I was I was eating all like 2, 3 times per day. That's what John does as well. And the but the reason I was doing is because I was getting overweight very quick because I was not trained as much as I used to before. So nowadays my rule is that I got to keep my weight at least in 225, 206. As I retired at lit waiting like eight and 10 pounds more than I should, it's okay for me. But when I started going like 15 pounds over 20 pounds, I turned all the alarm red flags. And I got a lose weight.
