We need to be going, like any good start up, o poaching the top talent and leg built this supply chain, industrial base. The best thing that the government can do is state a need, tell the market what it isand superior technologies will come from competition. That often comes from human greed, which is not a bad thing. In this case, let human greed in competitive markets, fund alternatives that are competing on price and performance of whatever the product is. And that's how we get better stuff. So state a need,. then let the market do its thing and get out of the way
