Young people in russia are less likely to believe the regime because they did have access to social media puton. We've established a cross government information unit to communicate with the russian people directly, in a Russian language. There's noises being made from russia about the possibility of some kind of peace talk. But thit's a long way off now from actually getting anywhere,. but we shall see exactly what that turns out to be.
