Foster children in this country suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, PTSD, at twice the level of veterans of war. And it's just like, and it's often unending for the children who are pulled into the system. When they transition out of the system, stat by stat by stat are lined up against former foster youth. So it's just the cyclical harm is potentially unending.
