The Importance of Self-Help
I think the way you just described the book, it would be very easy for someone to think that this is like a self-help book. And I get the sense that it was important to you that it did have a little bit more poetics and thoughtfulness in how you talk about this. One of the things that I'm really pushing against in the book is the cult of individuality and even what you think is yourself.
