Nick Shaw: "I fell in love with the idea of training because I was not particularly athletically gifted" He says his older brother started lifting to get better at basketball and baseball when he was 12 or 13. In high school, Nick used to run like a way but is now using weights as part of his fitness regime. The two-time Olympic gold medalist's gym has been transformed into an all-inclusive workout space for kids from 2,500 people on down.
