I don't want to make this just a Muslim thing although as you pointed out a lot of these countries that have laws like this are Muslim but there are certainly Christians around the world who feel this way about Christianity. There was one case it was a few women were arrested after they created images of the Virgin Mary with a rainbow halo supporting LGBT rights and so you see how quickly this goes off the rails. Suddenly stopping religious hatred becomes stopping political speech the turn of the time.
