Google will begin rolling ads into AI Overview summaries and releasing a separate AI-organized pages, a tool that provides AI aggregated content related to search queries. Plus California’s governor Gavin Newsom signed AB 2839 a bill which targets the distributors of political deep fakes into law. And two Harvard students demonstrated how smart glasses and facial recognition technology can dox people’s identities in real-time.
