How to Implement a Pipe Framework for Dark Social Sales
Pipeline is a framework built for dark social and built for executing a create and capture demand strategy using kind of a new set of KPIs. It's really breaking up your funnel and tracking things by buyer intent, like inbound versus outbound or pipeline sources. And then we're going to track, okay, of those pipe conversions, now we want to look at pipe qualified meetings. We've got PQMs and we've got heroes. But a pipe hero is an opportunity that has a six month rolling convert a rolling win rate of greater than 25%. So I'm going to jump into kind of the high-gritty level here to give you guys a little bit more context
