The Ground Day Trap

There's a difference between plan work and unplanned work. You really goig to end op having less than a hundred % of your resources for planned work. So people me like, wall, we don't know how much maintenance we're going to have. And so if you know that, why would you keep doing ground hog day? That's the trap i see people fall into.
