I'm Not Going to Be Loved, but I Love Them
I feel that people who crave fame possibly have a whole where their self worth should be, and maybe weren't loved enough as children. And then they end up craving the thing that never gives them what they actually need. The adulation of thousands of people is never going to help you fill that abyss. You just need to make sure that you're having a nice time and feeling sort of stimulated at work. I feel really creatively quite happy. But in the last few years in particular, I've had a real reevaluation of going, okay, I probably work a bit too much. So those are the only things that I have to keep an eye on because this job is exciting.
