Sindrom is a collection of clinical features and things that we've put into a box. If the outcome of calling something sindrome doesn't change, then there is a strong ment to say they are slightly fabricated and of no use. The other side of that is when there is an implication. So with he ridiculopathy, like from, you know, we have a duty of care. And if someone's legs not working, we can be more sure that that relates to the health of the structure. And then may implicate a different treatment there. But i do have some where people have lost their faculties of reason because they care a bottle in it for the catagory
