Engineering Leaders, Do You Have a Growth Mind?
The average engineer probably does not have a growth mind, sup. But the exceptional tecleds and engineers do. I think that many people, butless play, act a gross mind set, becaue they know they're supposed to have one. In my experience too, in the executive ranks, i don't think a growth mind set is a default either.
