Is This Cheating?

Jistee: The presence of the umpire almost tacitly gives players permission to get away with whatever they can away with. Jistee: If there were no umpire, it's almost like if it were just honor system, there would maybe be more dishonour associated with violating it. And then once the umpire is there, without question, i think even a littly coach, or certainly my high school coach, would say, play on. You play on and wait for that whistle.
