Are You Happy or Less Happy in an Assistant Coach Role?

"I would like to be a head coach at the highest level but yes I'm very happy in my role as an assistant because I understand the dynamics and the role," he says. The 55-year-old has coached for 27 years, including 14 of which have beenAssistant Coach roles. He's worked with Australia's national rugby union side Queensland Reds since 2003. "If you enjoying what you do I want to kick in better attack skills so and I love helping players that's my drive  and I didn't play for Australia so if I can help them to get better and maybe play for Australia that's a huge motivation for me."
