Companies are using machine learning algms to price the property without having to walk through it. The machines have been better at pricing out, but you still need to make sure the foundation isn't cracked and that the roof doesn't need to be replaced. And so people are doing that because they don't want somebody walking through their house during coved. But increasingly they're doing it just because theydon't want to clean up the house every day.
