The Benefits of Red Light Treatment

Photobiomodulation, or low-level light therapy uses visable light (measuing 400 – 700 nm) and near-infrared light (measuring 700 – 1100 nm). In this episode, Bryan Gohl, Co-Founder of Red Light Rising, discusses red light therapy and its vast benefits. 

When it comes to red and infrared light therapy, from minute 2 to minute 20....the benefits of going up and up, you getting maximum ends on release. You're getting maximum your energy turnover within the cells. But after 20 minutes, the benefits start to decrease. So it just becomes a time waste.

What is Photobiomodulation?

“A form of light therapy that utilizes non-ionizing forms of light sources, including lasers, LEDs, and broadband light, in the visible and infrared spectrum.
