Building Trusting Relationships

I was trained in skills around conversation, understanding how you can use body language to communicate in bild relationships. And very much like what i call the a, b c of how we develop trusting relationships woth other people, what i've done in the is i've shared that talk it. So understanding your advanced preparation, that's the a, your body language, which is b and c, the conversation. You have those very basic skills that actually can make all the difference between working with somebody collaboratively and perhaps getting through those difficult conversations and conflicts that you might have.
