Reverse Diet

i have a bit of an obsession with trying to understand maintenance i find maintenance to be an incredibly interesting topic and one that gets no love. The smaller the dose that you can find to maintain something the more you sensitize that thing for the ability for it to change after that. A reverse diet is great from the perspective of how sensitive can i get to weight loss and fat loss by making my deficit something that's really high but in terms of growth if i can bring my maintenance really low so i make my surplus really low  it just set the stage for this enormous runway of like walking into further and further adaptation.
