Tupac Shakur Is Charged With Sodomy and Sexual Assault
Tupac and two other men were arrested at the Parker Meridian Hotel in Manhattan. In court, Ayana Jackson testified that Tupac wanted to share her with these other men. The possibility of prison time and his loss of paying gigs made Tupac feel threatened. He didn't take the stand in New York, but on first day of jury deliberations, he defended himself in an impromptu press conference outside the courthouse.
