"It's weird how just like in your own private life as an individual you have little scripts that you run when you've been in a relationship long," she says. "I sometimes catch myself feeling like oh no it's like there's something fundamentally wrong with me or unlovable about me and i'm happy to do it  and i need reassurance too so i understand it but that's the thing is yeah."
