The Effects of Somatic Structures on the Development of an Early Dessert

Researchers used CRISPR-CANS 9 to create a transgenic snake. They found that the expression of these genes coincided every time with somatic structures, which are repetitive building blocks in an animal's body. The researchers had to wait for when they're about ready to breed and before the eggs are developed. It was not an easy feat as snakes can be very small so you have to adapt their reproduction cycle.
