Mortgage rates can have a five handle again. It really does need the labor market to break though, or the bond market really starts to anticipate a recession. The Fed has acknowledged that credit getting tighter is almost like a few rate hikes. So we don't want to talk about that. We're passing the baton off. But as of right now, still everything looks right to me."
