Why Are Condominiums Problematic?

In condominiums, at least half of the pool of people need to be principal residents. You have upkeep for community grounds and community space. A lot of condominiums don't keep up reserves for that. The FHA says anybody can assume a property if you want to buy by fair housing rules and restrictions.
