Is It a Good Idea to Practice?

I think you need to over practice for a start. Most people struggle to sleep the night before the show. You're tired, you've got tannins, you're all sticky and stuff like that. Often you're not as hydrated as you could be or maybe you are. It depends on what you're doing. The more vivid the image you can build up using all five of your senses, then the better. If you can stop people going on autopilot, and that's a major thing as well. All these things are helpful it amongst you trying to execute your points.
