The Effects of Alcohol on Sleep

Drinkers are doing themselves a disservice by drinking and look at the same for THC. Alcohol is not good for you, we know that already but where it comes in with sleep is when you look at the active ingredient within alcohol that makes us feel what we feel. And ethanol is actually a sedative. So if you drink, you actually block deep sleep and REM sleep. It just isn't about sleep, it's for overall health and well-being. I have a strong opinion on both, but I know you do too.
