How to Listen to Your Body When It Comes to Knee Health

The advice I like to use is on that good old scale of zero pain to 10 out of 10 pain, right? So having a little bit of something during your knees can be fine when you run as long as it's back to prerunning level within an hour after. And if the pain stays for longer than that, usually it's because you're overloading it. You don't want to reach that point because that could trigger maybe some changes in longer term in your knee.
