Victoria Newland and the US Ambassador to Ukraine

A leaked recording of a phone call between Victoria Newland and the US ambassador to Ukraine shows them discussing who should be next in line for government. She was physically in Ukraine in 2014, handing out cookies to the people involved in the coup that overthrew the elected government. And now they're pretending to oppose a coup in Niger where the US has backed dozens of coups. The West is angry about these new nationalist governments in West Africa. These countries have long violated human rights with support from the United States and France. This is a new Cold War and the Western powers NATO are trying to cut off relations between Africa, China, and Russia.
