"There is a pursuit of being unique," he says. "We've got these amazing computers in our heads who are amazing at like making patterns out of nothing." He thinks religion came along as a way to sort of make the masses do what the people in charge said, uh, God's watching. Some of my favorite songs come from like, uh, the gospel stuff, you know, there's some Kanye West stuff and he's a lunatic,. But they've got some Kanye Weststuff and, um, loads of that kind of music.
