The delight practice mentioned in my book was more noticing delight. When you notice those things, ideally you will lift a finger in the air and say out loud, delight. I actually have a bracelet on my wrist that says delight that i had made for myself to remind myself of this practice. And then even better, as if you share it with someone. Started de light text chain with a friend or your partner or something. Just when you see something that delights you tex them a picture of it.
