Don't try to be the jack of all trades, like we hear about that and the master of none. When you're a generalist, nobody wants that unles. They're looking for a specialist for a special problem. And they're looking for that person that's putting that very specific problem out there. So when it's really simple, like really simple, it feels like it's not enough. You have to remind yourself of that every time your company grows or change.
