If the PM doesn't join until like a few minutes in, everyone is on mute. It's sad. I feel like small talk before a meeting is like, like a key feature. That's why I'm saying it's so stale. And I'm just like craving anything, any sort of personal information that leaks through. So they all have like backgrounds too. So I can't like be like, cool house, you know, no-it's not.
