A lot of times I see people go out they buy something on emotion and then they go okay now we got to find a property manager. So that's the first step find somebody right away and work with them. And so when customers come when clients come to us, they looking they're looking to invest. We have steered clients from looking at a two bedroom condo and Keystone to buying a five bedroom home because at the end of the day it's like the numbers right.
