When i think of a traditional body building diet, it's a diet built around a lot of animal products. Animal products are one of the big variables in how we can make adjustments with our eating to benefit the food system. And generally there's not much concern for things like food waste. I don't think there's much concern around sourcing. So where am i getting this food from? What kind of farm was it coming from? How are the workers treated?"
