Fiona Scott-Martin's new book is called Cookies the Story. The story has two characters, a frog and a toad who can't stop eating cookies. They try all these things to get themselves to stop but don't have the willpower. So they take the cookies outside and let the birds have them. That's not "credible commitment"; that's irreversible.
