How to Launch a Course That Works

The easiest path to success is when we solve problems we know people are already having because they're literally asking us and telling us about those problems. The outcome, what you want has to mean more to you than your uncomfortable self today. It's going to be uncomfortable to do these things. You're going to have to go live, share something, be vulnerable. But at the end of the day, once the course was launched and we made 10 grand day one, it was like, oh, I can do this times 10. Getting through, it's like working out, getting through the first soreness of being uncomfortable, it's just worth it.
