Self harm among adolescents, particularly among female adolescents and young adults increasing quite dramatically. And everybody's best guess is that it's social media, but we don't know, right? The correlation is not causation. Just because two timelines line up, right? Doesn't mean that's what that is. So our ability to scientifically establish the relationship between social media use and mental health has been limited.
