When i first came to work at nassau as a contractor in 19 85, the shuttle had what was called the fresh food tray. And when the crew members saw how easy it was to take a tortila, roll up stuff in it, it was like having a sandwich without having to deal with two pieces of bread and all the crumbs that the bread created.
