Supenation Bias in the Hand in Sprinting

Coaches can give cues to what is happening with the hands or arms in front of their body. For example, the hand might be a little bit supenated, or the palm may be facing more towards your face at the end of that top swing. And like women's distance runners, for some reason i would see this alot. Is kind of a swimmy type arm action,. where their palm might be forward, very forward action. So all this said, you could talk about the front side action and how there's that the hand is pronating on the way down.
