The idea is that an engineer can meet the expectations of those levels, perhaps not every single thing, but to a reasonable degree. The key there is that you need to have a supportive lead who is paying attention to what you're doing. And then out of that maybe comes some action items. So next time, hey, let's try this and I'll help you with that next time or for sure this worked well. This isn't a broad retrospective. This is you and your lead maybe bringing your innermost thoughts about how it went.
