Is There a Risk in Learning Something That's Not Relevant?
It's a lot about encouragement and just getting out of the way and let them learn what they think they need to learn. It's oftentimes not exactly what a product imagine that they should learn right now. People know best what they would need to improve on to do their job in better ways, I guess. And even if sometimes not, then they will have learned somebody is something afterwards.
