Using the Express API in Horoku, I'm Having a Problem

i've been working on the express api to make this data available for the front and websit lernbill teach dot com, two separate pro on two different domains. The one issue that i'm having is, in horoku, they've got two different things that you can run, a worker and a web thing. And so web is meant to be like an express application. So if nobody calls your ap in 30 minutes, it just kills it or falls asleep. But that doesn't work when you have a bot. Bot has to have a mane, like a persistent connection, some sort of t c p connection where it's listening for these messages as they're coming in.
