JMU will continue to raise funds on the shopping center and multifamily side of our business. I think one of the things that people should understand is it is really not easy to raise money. It took us probably seven months before we even hired an attorney where we were writing the pitch deck. You've got to be able to tell the story in a way that's concise and meaningful to differentiate you from everybody else.
