Trump's Thinly Veiled Threat on Truth Social
There's lots of leeway that prosecutors and defense teams have in negotiating terms of a plea agreement or non-pross agreement. Trump came out with this thinly veiled threat on Truth Social where he suggested there would be potential death and destruction if he's indicted by the Manhattan District of the Attorney's case. He is savvy enough to try to sort of thinly bail the threat so nobody can say, "Well, you just violated the law"
