The Rise and Fall of the Tripod

Shattered individuals each take up the shards however they have taken an oath of non intervention. The original vessels seems like didn't have that some of them did because they broke their pact immediately and moved to planets together. There is still room for there be a planet created by three shards we just haven't seen that yet but to me it's so meaningful that there was an agreement and an immediate breaking of the agreement.
